Responsibilities:
- Membership Sales:
- Actively engage with potential members to promote and sell CycleBar memberships.
- Utilize effective sales strategies, including L.A.S.E.R. (Listen, Acknowledge, Solve, Explain, Review) techniques, to meet or exceed monthly membership targets.
- Provide personalized consultations to understand individual fitness goals and match them with the appropriate membership options.
- Demonstrate, promote, and sell CycleBar memberships.
- Retention:
- Build strong relationships with existing members to enhance retention rates.
- Implement retention programs and initiatives.
- Ensure ongoing member satisfaction.
- Address member concerns and feedback promptly, working towards resolution.
- Develop and foster relationships, maintaining close communications with members to retain sales and promote member referrals.
- Community Relations:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with the local community.
- Represent CycleBar at community events to increase brand visibility and attract potential members.
- Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to establish partnerships and promotions.
- Customer Experience:
- Ensure a positive and welcoming environment for both new and existing members.
- Assist in creating engaging events and activities to foster a sense of community within the studio.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and culture of CycleBar.
- Targets and Tracking:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition.
- Track progress and results by recording prospect interactions and goal attainment in tracking systems and CRM.
- Research and understand the target market, staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and CycleBar’s overall market opportunity.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Experience with L.A.S.E.R. or similar sales techniques.
- Familiarity with fitness systems like ClubReady is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in community relations or event planning is a plus.
